Class Session Refunds

Children thrive on consistency and community, and we strive to provide that for our students at Livingston Gym.  We want them to know their friends and to minimize suprises by allowing people to drop in at will.  As such, classes are sold in chunks of time called sessions, typically from 8 to 12 weeks with the following rules regarding refunds in mind: 

• With a minimum of one week's notice prior to the first class of a session, we will provide a full refund**.

• Within one week or after the start of a session, we do not offer refunds.  However, classes can be accrued as make-ups.  See our generous make-up policy below.

• There are no partial refunds for class sessions.

** Minus fees charged to us by our payment processor, if applicable.

We understand that things come up; especially when dealing with children.  Livingston Gym offers a generous and flexible make-up policy for classes that can be used at your convenience.  With this feature, you always receive value for the classes that you paid for.   

In order to offer this, we do have some general guidelines.  Please observe the following:

• One make-up class may be used to attend one class of similar length/structure.

• Three make-up classes may be used to attend one morning or one afternoon camp.

• A minimum of 24 hours notice is required when attending a make-up class.

• Make-up classes have no dollar value and may not be refunded or applied to other classes, camps, parties, merchandise or services as such.

• Make-up classes must be utilized within the same session that they were accrued and do not carry forward into future sessions.  

Camp days are non-refundable but with 24 hours notice you may reschedule for a future date, if available.

At Livingston Gym, we offer the unique opportunity to host your party with exclusive access to the entire gym and members of staff.  In order to do so, we require a non-refundable deposit in order to guarantee your date and time slot.  The remaining balance is due immediately upon completion of the party and tips for our staff are greatly appreciated.
